Mother's Day Card with Brutus Monroe

Hello! I am here today sharing a Mother's Day Card I created with one of the Brutus Monroe stamp club stamps.

I used a sponge dauber and colored a strip of Alabaster Cardstock with Surface Ink in Heather and then stamped over the strip with the Rose Garden stamp also using the Heather Surface Ink. I then stamped the flower image and the Mom sentiment from the Mom Flower's Stamp Club Set in Raven Detail Ink. Colored in the flowers with matching Copic markers, fussy cut it out attached to my card base with some Scrapbook Adhesives 3D foam squares and attached a purple twine piece that I tied into a bow. Added some bling and now I have a pretty card to give to my mom for Mother's Day!

DCC Blog Hop with RInea

Hello! Welcome to the DCC blog hop with Rinea!
With so many fun layered stamps on the market these days, I wanted to try something different. So I decided to stamp some layered flowers onto some Rinea foiled paper using StazOn Inks from Imagine.

To see how I made these pretty foiled paper flowers, watch my video below.

To create the card I adhered some Rinea foiled paper in Sapphire onto a white card base and then layered a piece of white cardstock over that. Stamped a stem and some flower buds onto the cardstock piece and used some Scrapbook Adhesives® 3D foam squares to attached my foiled flower embellishments to the front of the card.

Altered Bingo Card

Hello! Today I am sharing an altered bingo card I created for Creative Embellishments.  I have had these Tattered Angels Bingo Boards in my stash and never really knew what to do with them. So how about altering them and turn them into a card?

On the background, I used the Creative Embellishments Fairy Dust 2 Stencil with some Prima Modeling Paste and sprayed some Vintage Pink Glimmer Mists.

I then painted some gesso on a Creative Embellishments Fairy chipboard piece and also a few leaves from the Autumn Leaves Chipboard Set and painted them with some DecoArt Limelight Glamour Dust.  Attached them to my card along with some Petaloo flowers and twine.

Altered Photo Frame

Hello, everyone! Today I have an altered photo frame I created using gear chipboard from Creative Embellishments and lots of mixed media products from DecoArts. I had the idea for the frame but didn't really have a good photo to put inside the frame but then I remembered I had this photo of my son playing paintball.
Watch my process video below to see how I created the rusty effect.

On the corners of the frame, I used the Steampunk Gear Corners 2 from Creative Embellishments and added a few smaller chipboard Gears on top of them. On the frame itself, I used a Metal Stencil with some modeling paste to go with the steampunk feel.
